A.M.Reddy College of Education is founded by Atluri Mastan Reddy Educational society in the year 2003 by Non-resident Indians, Atluri Srinivasa Reddy(USA), Atluri Santhi located at Atluri Mastan Reddy Nagar, Petlurivaripalem, Narasaraopet-522601, Guntur (Dt.) Andhra Pradesh. Under this society, the A.M.Reddy College of Education, started 2007-08 batch, recognized by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Bangalore on 26-05-2007 with code no: APS07104. Affiliated to Acharya Nagarjuna University, Nagarjuna Nagar, Guntur effect from 08-08-2007 AMR/B.Ed./2007-08 Batch.

To bring quality education dovetailed with the evolving needs of the society within the reach of most of the people in the rural areas and to give good teacher training to the teacher trainees. While our facilities are as good as others prescribed by NCTE, Bangalore, mainly the institution focused on enhancing excellence in teaching with emphasis on practical learning balanced with theory.
